NEW DELHI: The Mumbai Police Control room received a threat call today, in which the caller informed a possible bomb threat targeting a McDonald’s outlet situated in the bustling Dadar area of Mumbai.
The anonymous caller claimed to have overheard a conversation on a bus, where two individuals purportedly discussed plans to detonate an explosive device at the fast-food establishment.
Upon receiving the call, Mumbai Police swiftly mobilized resources to address the threat. Officers conducted a meticulous search of the McDonald’s premises and its surroundings but found no suspicious objects or activities.
Police are further investigating this matter.
